They don't answer e-mails

I was interested in this school. On their website it says to e-mail them.
Also on their website the registration form for Adults does not work so you have to print the children's form.
I e-mailed saying I would like to attend a class or watch to see if it was the right style for me.
3 days have passed and no answer.
Pretty much gave me my answer.
