I was shocked when I walked through the doors. This gym has it all. Bag stations, a cage, a boxing ring, matted floors, fitness equip. They offer a variety of styles and host 5 certified instructors who have accumulated various awards from their prospective communities. If you want to do martial arts in the Paducah, KY area, in my opinion this is the only logical choice....
