Iron Phoenix Martial Arts
We teach traditional kung fu to all ages and ability levels. For adult students, our Seven Star Mantis Academy offers old school training, weight loss, and high-level conditioning. For parents, our Seven Star Youth Academy provides a fun and novel approach to building disciplined habits in their child. All students will develop grace, coordination, and confidence! Our school offers new classes every three months, so you can choose the areas you want to focus on. These courses include weapon training, contact sparring, Tai Chi, and specialized courses exploring Praying Mantis kung fu and other styles. Trial classes are free with no obligation, so come and see what we're teaching today!

Programs & Class Schedule
Seven Star Mantis Academy: 13+
Seven Star Youth Academy: 7-13
Mini-Monks Academy: 4-7
Classes run Monday through Thursday. Our main adult class is from 8 pm-8:45 pm, and youth class is 6:15-7:15. Our Mini-Monk class is on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:15.
Every quarter we also offer four "elective" classes focusing on a specific topic. Some example electives we've run include: Fundamentals of the Monkey Staff, Lower Body Flexibility, Ground Fighting, and Broadsword Combatives. These classes change every three months and are very popular with students. They run before and after the adult class M-Th. Depending on the topic covered they can be available to youth students as well.
