When I was looking around for a place to train, I was looking for somewhere fun that would teach me the skills I was looking for. I finally found it and I am having so much fun! I only wish I could do more each week.

I have been training for a while with this group and I love it! Other places where I trained during high school were alot about ego. Sifu Anderson is all about helping people progress and I have been progressing alot. I can’t wait to see where I will be next year.

I have never been very coordinated for sports and athletics, but the way this training works, my coordination has totally rocketed! I can do things now that I couldn’t do before. The way Sifu Anderson trains us is amazing. If I did this when I was younger, I could have gone out for sports at my school. Awesome training!

I am learning a lot and having a lot of fun. It is such an adrenaline rush. I am having fun with my workout.

I have seen a lot of schools and I have trained at a lot of schools. Now that I am training with Sifu Anderson, I have finally found a home, I plan to stay with this training for the long-haul. I love the that they teach health, fitness, leadership, and focus in addition to world-class self defense. In 12 years of prior training, I have never seen anything like it.

Sifu Anderson provides a rich training experience with a great mix of martial skills and personal development. The confidence, focus, communication skills, and leadership skills have been hugely helpful for me at work and outside of work. What a great combination.

Now that I am out of college working, I don't have as much exercise and social time as I used to. I have also been wanting to do something that keeps me in shape while at the same time has more depth to it than athletics. I found what I was looking for. My time with Sifu Anderson is fun in a way I never understood before. I get to hang out with amazing people, and I am learning skills that apply directly to my work and family. And I am having so much fun doing it!

I trained with Sifu Anderson while I was in school. It helped me a lot with focus and stress management when I was taking a big credit load. I wish they had a school where I live now. I would like to pick it back up again.

I have shopped a lot of martial arts training trying to find someplace where I feel safe and comfortable training and where I can learn effective self-defense that actually works for women. So much of what I see out there may work okay for men, but I don't have the size and strength that they do. With this training, I have been learning to use principles of focus and coordination to create enough power to actually work for me.

I put off starting my training for a few years until life got more comfortable. Now that I have been training for a while, I really wish that I had started sooner! The focus, the discipline, the confidence, and the other things that I am getting would have made life more comfortable much more quickly. I would advise staring as soon as you can.

I trained with Sifu Anderson back in 2012 before I got restationed. I have had a lot of hand-to-hand inside and outside of the military. I have to say that the close combat training I learned with Sifu Anderson was amazing. My assignments put me in situations where close combat is life or death. What I learned from Sifu Anderson was life saving. I look forward to training with him again when circumstances permit.

I have had bad anxiety since I was a teenager. Now I am confident and rarely feel anxiety. Sifu Anderson has helped overcome feelings that years of counseling and medication didn’t fix. I wish everyone could feel the peace and focus I have now.

This training has been sooo helpful for my grad school studies. It helps me manage stress and it helps me focus like never before. Undergrad would have been a lot easier with the focus and stress management I am learning now. I wish I had started sooner!

I don’t know how to say this more plainly, what a great place to study! I have learned so much, I have had so much fun, and it just keeps going. I recommend this to anyone looking for more focus in life. I spend a lot less time gaming and a lot more time practicing for real. What a difference !

These last four years feel like they have flown past. I used to have a lot of anxiety and fear in my life, now everything is better. I am almost always calm and focused. School is going great! I am testing better and my grades are up. I wish I had found this training years earlier.

I have been to practicing now for 7 months. I absolutely love spending time with these people. The culture is so friendly and helpful, these people feel like family already. I can tell that my self defense skill is growing fast and I am excited for my future.

This is the best I have ever seen. I have done a lot of martial training over the years with five different schools and I have looked at hundreds of schools. This group has everything I have been looking for over several years. I finally found the right combination of superb content, superb instruction, and a friendly atmosphere.

I love learning with this guy and it gets better all the time. I have been training with him for 9 years now and I continue to improve every month. I had no idea how much fun I was going to have when I started. My confidence is through the roof and I am in great shape. This training has impacted every aspect of my life in a good way. I am looking forward to the next decade of training.

I had the privilege of studying with Sifu Anderson during my last 3 years of school. He was such a great instructor and he treated everyone like a dear friend. My skill grew rapidly and I am still benefiting from my time there. I hope someday my career takes me close to him again so that I can continue where I left off.

I studied with Sifu Anderson for 5 years before my job transfer. The skill development was excellent! The classes are friendly and comfortable and I never felt threatened. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

I’m obviously not the only who's been trapped by this school's absurd contract. Recently several students left the school for the same reason. The owner, Sifu Anderson has used dishonesty to trap students into contracts they didn't know they were signing. If you do decide to join (NOT a good idea), beware of what you sign. He has perfected the art of deception by having you sign documents that end up being something completely different than what he says they are! For instance, he will ask you to give him your credit card number and tell you to sign a form to initiate the monthly auto-pay. Most of the students place their trust with what the Sifu says, therefore they don't read the fine print of the what the paper actually represents. Instead of being an "auto-pay" document, what you are really signing is a one-year contract that will auto-renew when the term is up. Once that happens you cannot cancel the contract and its almost impossible to get out of it. Unfortunately, when the time comes that you do decide to leave the school, you can’t. This is how one learns they have been deceived.

Sifu Anderson claims that he cares about his students, but all he really cares about is making money! Also, if he doesn't like you he will find unethical ways to let you know it.

In my opinion this is a very dishonest way of doing business. Even if you decide to leave, there is no official way of getting out of the contract. My advise: SHOP AROUND!!! There are better schools out there where you can really learn a lot more and be treated with respect. Please beware...shop around wisely and forget about this school.

I was a former student in 2011. When I first signed up with the "sifu" I was very cautious about being in a contract so I asked him if it was a month to month membership and if I ever wanted to quit I wouldn't get charged and he said yes, unfortunately that same day I signed up I happened to use my debit card BIG MISTAKE! When I signed the paper work I never took a lo a look at the fine print at the moment I didn't think I had to since a "Sifu" is supposed to be a trust worthy person, he's definitely NOT one of them. So I was stuck with him for a whole year, what a waste of my time, gas and money.. didn't learn a damn thing there only that there's favoritism and if the sifu doesn't like you he'll hurt you. Bad bad place to go and learn Wing Chun. I highly suggest for people to look elsewhere, there you won't learn. Most of his students from what I've heard have quit his school, I wonder why huh?? Now I am happily attending the Gary Lam Wing Chun school. I've learned more there in 3 months than I did in a whole year at Dan's school. Total fraud!! Be careful people and I wish you the best of luck.

He doesn't know shit about martial arts, all he cares is your money, he trapped people with contract, sucks your blood like a leech, watch out when he ask you sign a paper...
