Our family of 4 has been practicing martial arts with the IHF for several years. With a focus on perfecting technique with weapons and forms and sparring, this is a great way for us to exercise as a family. I also enjoy seeing my children grow in their confidence and learn respect, through the study of martial arts. The Black Belt instructors of our school are skilled teachers and offer continual support as we move through our ranks. Another reason I like this school is when we practice sparring, the goal is on self-improvement and technique in action --- not just 'fighting'. For both children and adults, this is a great environment to learn many different styles of martial arts. Please come visit our school and talented Grand Masters!

A wonderful family martial arts training experience!!Top notch instruction and opportunities to train and be internationally certified in a variety of Arts.
Very knowledgeable and experienced Grandmaster instructors. Family oriented. Self defense training is superb! You learn more than one Art and how to apply the techniques to be effective.
Highly recommend this school.
