Class Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday
7:00-8:00 pm
8:00-9:00 pm
Kids/Family Class 7:00-8:00 pm
This class is designed for children (ages 5-11), and parents who want to workout together as a family (if the child is 4-years-old, please see the instructor to evaluate their ability). The curriculum includes calisthenics, stretching and other warm-up exercises, followed by core development, punching, striking, blocking, and kicking techniques. After that, a different area of focus will be selected each class throughout the month, such as: break-falls, hip kick drills, rolling, jumping kicks, step-sparring, balance and skill building games and activities. Adult students, 12 and up, are encouraged to participate in both Family and Adult classes for additional practice at no extra cost.
Adult Class 8:00-9:00 pm
This class is designed for students ages 12 and up. After calisthenics, stretching and warm-up exercises, it is a high-intensity, fast-paced and focused cardiovascular workout that includes, core development, punching, striking, blocking, and kicking techniques. Following this, a different area of focus will be selected for each class throughout the month, such as: break-falls, hip kick drills, rolling, jumping kicks, ground fighting, step-sparring, and Hapkido joint-locking, takedowns, throws, control holds, and vital point striking, kicking, and grappling techniques, called points.
