Class Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday
5:00-6:00 pm
7:00-8:00 pm
8:00-9:00 pm
Kids/Family Class 5:00-6:00 pm
This class is designed for children (ages 5-11), and parents who want to workout together as a family (if the child is 4-years-old, please see the instructor to evaluate their ability). The curriculum includes calisthenics, stretching and other warm-up exercises, followed by core development, punching, striking, blocking, and kicking techniques. After that, a different area of focus will be selected each class throughout the month, such as: break-falls, hip kick drills, rolling, jumping kicks, step-sparring, balance and skill building games and activities.
Family Class 7:00-8:00 pm
Same as Kids class except adult students, 12 and up, will practice Hapkido joint-locking, takedowns, throws, control holds, and vital point striking, kicking, and grappling techniques, called points
Adult Class 8:00-9:00 pm
This class is designed for students ages 12 and up. After calisthenics, stretching and warm-up exercises, it is a high-intensity, fast-paced and focused cardiovascular workout that includes, core development, punching, striking, blocking, and kicking techniques. Following this, a different area of focus will be selected for each class throughout the month, such as: break-falls, hip kick drills, rolling, jumping kicks, ground fighting, step-sparring, and Hapkido joint-locking, takedowns, throws, control holds, and vital point striking, kicking, and grappling techniques, called points.
