Integrated Personal Defense

IPD provides an eclectic mix of martial arts which is more than the average self-defense school. By studying the arts of boxing, kickboxing, grappling and kali, you will gain the mental and physical confidence to defend yourself or your loved ones, should the need ever arise.

Our mission is to develop positive attitudes for the individuals in our community. Whatever age, sex or religion one is, it is important to have the ability to protect yourself and those you love. We would like to see the individuals receive respect and be contributing members of a productive community and society.

Martial Art Styles

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Integrated Personal Defense:

Programs & Class Schedule

Little Dragons (4 - 7 years old) - 30 Minutes - For younger attention spans. Classes focus on teamwork, following directions, co-ordination and basic martial arts skills.

Juniors (8 - 12 years old) - 30 Minutes - Fun, energetic martial arts class that teaches basic self-defense techniques as well as discipline, respect, self-control and self-confidence.

Teens (13 - 18 years old) - 60 Minutes - Helps the student develop a positive mental attitude by building a strong foundation in the basic skills of the martial arts, including blocks, punches, kicks, grappling and sparring. In this program, students begin seeing the physical fitness rewards of the martial arts, a strong focus on discipline and self-control.

Adults (18+) - 60 Minutes - Divided in two portions. The first half of class is a manageable fun workout that gets your body ready to learn! The second half of class is the technical portion. During this time, you will be introduced to many facets of the martial arts including boxing, kickboxing, grappling and Kali. These arts will provide you or a loved one the skills needed to help survive an attack, protect your family and build personal confidence.

Cardio Kickboxing - 45 Minutes - Blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. Class begins with a warm-up that involves large muscle movements to increase blood flow and heat up the muscles. The main portion of the class involves combinations of punches and kicks that are usually repeated multiple times to ensure mastery.

IPD Fit - 45 Minutes - Get an amazing workout that will push you past your limits with cardio and plyometric drills, along with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training.
