This is a great place to learn, especially for the beginner. John ( the instructor) is patient and breaks things down to make it easier to learn. He is very knowledgeable in many areas of martial arts, self defense, conceal carry and home security. He covers all aspects from mental preparation and physical training. I highly recommend ICS.
