IFA is very family friendly and welcoming to all ages and levels. The kids love Coach Brett and she does a great job of keeping it fun while teaching skills and the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. I love that they have classes 5-6 days a week so you can go as often as you would like and have the flexibility of choosing which days. The gym is clean and good hygiene encouraged and rewarded ( helpful for young boys!) They offer a variety of classes from Tumbling for toddles to women’s self defense. I highly recommend checking out IFA!
