Inner Wave Martial Arts and Yoga is the denver area school for Inner Wave Pencak Silat, the USA headquarters school is in Ft. Collins CO, and the world HQ is in Jogjakarta Indonesia.

We offer what many other schools do not, Inti Ombak Pencak Silat, Emperado Method Kajukenbo, Kombatin Arnis in the Ernesto Presas Lineage, and Tama Yoga, as well as self defense, close quarters combat, weapons, and more.

We offer all highly qualified instructors - Inti Ombak instructors- Guru Daniel Prasetya 10th degree, Lee Becker 3rd degree. Kajukenbo- Jason Woelfel 2nd degree under the supervision of Grand Master Ron Pierce. Kombatin Arnis- Grand Master Shelley Millspaugh

Kajukenbo- Monday and Wednesday 7PM- 9PM (age 15 and up)
Kombatin Arnis- Thursday 6:30 PM- 8:30 PM (adults only)
Tama Yoga- Saturday 9AM- Noon ( all ages )
