Programs & Class Schedule
Inner Strength Martial Arts accepts ALL AGES for ALL CLASSES. Our gym starts children as young as 3 years old.
We offer Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Kids Karate, Women's Self-Defense, and Family Karate.
We also have a full workout room downstairs featuring all the cardio equipment and weight equipment you need. We have treadmills, ellipticals, row machines, cardio bikes, bench press, free weights, dumb bells, pull up bar, dip bar, leg press, lat pull down, and many more weight machines to achieve your fitness needs. We also offer Supplements for people looking to lose weight, increase energy, help with fatigue, and over 50 supplements to help with any problems you might be having.
Our gym is OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK.
Robert Mrotek is a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Cleber Luciano, and as of January 2017 is 13-2 as a professional MMA Competitor (13 finishes), and has over 25 years experience in the martial arts.
The Family Karate Class is a huge success at Inner Strength, and due to Robert's background in Jiu-Jitsu and MMA the school has over 20 amateur and professional fighters.
This gym is for everybody, people wanting to make friends, get in shape, compete in tournaments, compete in MMA, or look to build confidence and learn effective self-defense.
