Muncie Bushido Karate-Do Dojo: Is a traditional Okiwnawan Karate discipline. Its focus is Self Defense, Confidence, Discipline, Respect.
Our Kata: Taikyaku 1,2,3, Pinan (Heian) Kata 1-5, Naihanchi Shodan/Nidan, Bassai... Sanchin, Tensho, Saifa, Seunchin. Kobudo Sushi No Kon. Kali Eskrima Arnis
Pukulan Hantu Kailat is a martial art that sets high expectations for the student.
PHK is generally taught to those who work in high stress or dangerous professional fields such as: POLICE,CORRECTIONS,EMT/PARAMEDIC,MENTAL DEVELOPMENT,HOSPITAL,FIRE. It is our desire to bring the best self defense to these professions that go above and beyond that taught in the normal field of Defensive Tactics by their dept's.
PHK is not for everyone. We pride ourselves on full contact training. You will be put through rigerous training procedures. (Scenario training using equiptment that is as close to real as possible w/o threat of serious bodily injury.) *Those who seek out PHK outside of the professional world will be intervied by the instructors and will have to be excepted amongst the group!
