A great place to build confidence. To build character
and keep a level head in difficult situations. Also a great
workout as well
A great place to learn Aikido or train in weapons defense. Sensei has a profound understanding of martial arts. The great training comes with the Best prices in Leigh Valley. Smaller sized classes means more one on one time with sensei, so you don’t feel that you'r lost in a crowd. Also, traditional Samurai Sword is taught and is such a great art to be a part of.
