Cat has been training in martial arts since 2000. She holds black belts in Karate (2004), Tae Kwon Do (2009) and Shaolin Kenpo (2016), and has also studied in American Kenpo, Small Circle Jujitsu and Iaido. She has been teaching for most of her martial arts career. In 2016, Cat moved to Austin, TX and founded Immortal Tiger in 2017. Prior to opening the dojo, the only Kenpo in the Austin area was American Kenpo, making Cat the first person to bring Shaolin Kenpo to Texas.
