I absolutely LOVE kickboxing classes at the Grayson location. The instructors are freakin AMAZING, especially Dan. Every single class challenges me and the results are real. I'm more toned and defined and also I'm more flexible. The emphasis in the importance of stretching shows their commitment to the safety of the students. Its by far my favorite workout ever.

Kickboxing has become my passion. I have lost weight and toned where friends and family are noticing. Dan is an awesome instructor as well as Brandi.
This is a great place to workout! The staff is amazing and so are it’s memebers. The workout plans always challenge you and keeps you on your toes!
