IRKB LLC is the home of American Freestyle martial arts. Lead instructor and school owner, Master Tim Runquist is a three time inductee into the US Martial Arts Black Belt Hall of Fame. Along with his wife Lori, also a Hall of Fame inductee they created this exciting style that includes kata, sparring, self defense techniques, and kickboxing.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at IRKB:
Currently classes are every Monday and Wednesday. Classes for beginners start at 5:30pm, advanced students at 6:45pm, followed by kickboxing at 7:55pm. Open enrollment for martial art class is every three months. Continuous open enrollment for kickboxing. No Contractual obligation. We offer both cardio and full contact kickboxing as well as the opportunity to join IRKB's full contact competition team. Scholarships available for students not able to meet monetary requirements. (each request looked at individually)
