Our organization’s approach is research/ biomechanical exploration into the world of Chinese Kungfu before the 1928 fitness reforms in China. IRFS specializes in historical accuracy and restoration of Baguazhang/ Shaolin/ Bajiquan/ Taijiquan before commercialization. All levels of practitioners interested in refined biomechanics, kungfu artifact, and raw history are welcome.
About the Instructor: Kuan Wang is the Founder of Imperial Renaissance Fighting System and is an indoor disciple and private student of He Jinbao. Kuan Wang has also studied intensively in Beijing and abroad, under the guidance of prestigious instructors for Cheng Baguazhang, Shaolin, Wutan Bajiquan, and Chen Tai Chi Chuan. Kuan has spent numerous years dedicating his life to preserving and researching the training methods of medieval fighting arts. IRFS Martial is a Private, independent organization with a biomechanical approach to the Fairbairn/ Medieval Method of Baguazhang. IRFS is established under the guidance of Kuan Wang’s Teachers, including He Jinbao, the Lineage Carrier for Yin Style Baguazhang of the Men Baozhen/Xie Peiqi branch.
