Great Krav Maga Class! Real world self-defense techniques taught by a highly qualified and certified Instructor.
I have been attending Impact for about 6 weeks. The Krav Maga classes are very realistic and I feel I am prepared for almost any situation that may happen. When I want to burn 800 calories I jump in a Kickboxing class which are awesome.
