Hwarang Martial Arts

Hwarang Martial Arts, located in Columbia, MD is a Taekwondo school that offers a curriculum based on traditional and Olympic Taekwondo. Emphasizing mental and physical discipline, students are challenged and crafted through the traditional art and modern sports training. Balance, power, speed, agility, and tactics are blended along with discipline, focus, respect, and indomitable spirit. Boxing and Kickboxing techniques are incorporated in the curriculum along with separate class times. Martial arts acrobatics (a.k.a "tricking") are offered to advanced ranking students as well. All belts are certified by the Kukkiwon (Taekwondo Headquarters, located in South Korea) and the World Taekwondo Federation.
