I stopped in to this school recently. The facility is very nice with a lot of training equipment. The place looked spotless and professional. I met the Chief Instructor and he was very friendly and explained all the services they had to offer. I watched a Krav Maga class and was highly impressed in the level of instruction and the ability of the students. I think this school is excellent and has set the bar for others in the Milford, PA area.

I was looking for a legit Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school and I found it. Hudson Valley HaganaH has real black belts teaching real classes. No MMA pretending to be bjj.

Real Muay Thai

I was looking for a gym that had real Muay Thai not MMA. Hudson Valley Haganah teaches a REAL Muay Thai class. We dont just kick a heavy bag for an hour. Real instruction provided with a solid curriculum. 5 STARS!

I WAS SEARCHING FOR A KRAV MAGA SCHOOL IN THE PIKE COUNTY PA AREA AND FOUND HUDSON VALLEY HAGANAH. HAGANAH IS THE EVOLUTION OF KRAV MAGA AND ALL THE ISRAELI ARTS. FRIENDLY STAFF AND A NICE TRAINING FACILITY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL FOR ANYONE SEARCHING FOR KRAV MAGA OR SELF DEFENSE TRAINING!
They teach you to do bad things to bad people lol. Great place.
