HaganaH F.I.G.H.T.
(The Evolution of Krav Maga)
The F.I.G.H.T. program is designed for worst case scenarios, when escaping from the situation may not be a viable option. All tactics are HaganaH and therefore combat proven. In every situation where you can’t escape, you learn three options: restrain, incapacitate or terminate the attacker. You decide what is legally and morally justified and necessary based upon the circumstances, not the type of attack. This is a key concept. Many programs only teach degrees of force based on the attack coming in.
HaganaH’s F.I.G.H.T. Program is taught to civilians, law enforcement and other professionals across the country. Individuals from doctors to chefs to police defensive tactics instructors train in F.I.G.H.T., all together. F.I.G.H.T. is taught at the U.S. military base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba where terrorists are detained. And it is here for you.
Golani Trench Fighting
This course was designed to give students the skillset and tactics to opererate in extremly close and limited quarters againt a variety of attacks. Techniques are Golani “Face-To-Face” combat and LOTAR counter terrorism CQB. This fighting method is currently used by the Israeli Defense Forces Golani Brigade. Golani Warriors approach the most dangerous environment in modern warfare, the trenches. No other unit within the IDF has more experience than the Golani Brigade in this particular method of warfare.
Israeli Professional Tactical Training (I.P.T.T.)
This course teaches the Israeli system of counter-terror warfare using the semi automatic pistol and assualt rifle, as done in the Israel Defense Forces. It is an aggressive system that has its philosophies deeply rooted in the idea that distance to the threat must be closed at all costs to be an effective counter terror fighting machine. The Israeli method is one that puts human ability and programmability at the top of its training priorities. Students are taught to use there natural instincts matched with motor memory to react to the stimulus and neutralize the treat. That is the way of the IDF Duvdevan unit.
Israeli Tactical Knife
The ITK Program is restricted to law enforcement, military and approved civilians. This program teaches use of the knife as a defensive tool and as an offensive weapon (for military).ITK covers all facets of using a knife against an assailant who is also armed with a knife from effective deployment strategies to using reverse grip tactics to draw the attacker into an effective counterattack. Knife-fighting training is an excellent way to develop a keen understanding of how a knife is used in an attack. It is also a great way to develop a sense of the flow of an assault with a knife, improve footwork for all programs, and improve recognition of knife motion and patterns. All of this not only serves to turn students into effective knife fighters, but also importantly helps students greatly enhance their ability to “read” the existence and direction of travel of a knife being used against them. This is a critical ability to possess and to develop for the empty hand versus knife tactics taught in the F.I.G.H.T. program.
Ground Survival
The Ground Survival program covers the principles and tactics of defending and attacking from the ground. This program will train to defend from the typical positions including mount, guard and side. Defense against grappling, street fighting tactics and armed ground attacks are included.
Drills are used to enhanced the agility on the ground , preparing you to succeed in a tactically challenge environment.
Combat Wrestling
Combat Wrestling is aggressive in its approach. This system was originally developed by John Clarke , which combines techniques from all the three wrestling styles (Folk , Freestyle, and Greco Roman) to create an easily integrated program.
It stresses the use of Greco Roman Wrestling for close quarter combat. We have also utilized all aspects of sport wrestling’s ground control positions for ground and pound and scramble ability. Combat Wrestling is truly the missing link for Military / Law Enforcement training and reality fighting systems.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai literally translates into English as Thai Boxing and is also known as The Art of the Eight Limbs. The hands, elbows, shins and knees are all used extensively in this martial art. Muay Thai has a long history in Thailand and is the country’s national sport. Traditional Muay Thai practiced today, varies slightly from the ancient art of Muay Boran, which is an older style of Muay Thai. As a beginner, you will work on the foundation of Muay Thai, such as foot work drills, punching drills, and kicking drills on pads and heavy bags. Muay Thai is perfect for men, women, and children looking for reliable and practical self-defense with superior cardio conditioning. Muay Thai Boxing will train you like a fighter in every aspect to prepare you for street self defense or full contact sparring for those few that choose to compete.
Intensity is the trademark of a Muay Thai training. Many of the drills are made up of two or three minute rounds, with one minute recovery periods. Strength, speed, endurance, and explosiveness are a natural byproduct of the Muay Thai training. As a Muay Thai practitioner, you will train with some weights, specialized boxing equipment, and various other training tools to maximize calorie burn to increase lean muscle and reducing body fat. Muay Thai helps you build mental toughness, which comes from learning to cope with the intense endurance training or other demanding exercises. In the ring and or on the street, Muay Thai is renowned for its crippling leg kicks, razor sharp elbows, and explosive knee strikes. This makes Muay Thai one of the most effective stand up martial arts in the world.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian jiu-jitsu was formed from Kosen Judo (newaza) ground fighting fundamentals that were taught to Carlos Gracie by Mitsuyo Maeda. Brazilian jiu-jitsu eventually came to be its own art through the experimentations, practices, and adaption from the Judo knowledge of Carlos and Helio Gracie, who then passed their knowledge onto their family. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique – most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. An important but often overlooked element is the system of positional dominance; a practioner in a dominant position can effectively strike or submit their opponent with little fear of reprisal from their opponent.
