Through training in the traditional martial arts students learn physical awareness, self awareness, and self confidence. The basic premise of our system is to learn self-defense, at a certain point in a student’s training will be aware enough to avoid almost any situations that would require violence.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Hudson Kempo-Goju:
Forms, sparring, and basics are at the core of most classes
Mondays and Thursdays, 6-8, Hudson Middle School
Ages 9 and up accepted, 7 and up with instructor’s approval
