We offer traditional Martial Arts and a system of MMA training. We are a combat oriented school specializing in Offensive and defensive tactics for the street. Beginning this January 2019 we will have a KIDS program for ages 6-12. Also there is a kickboxing program for all levels.
Our school also has a MMA program featuring Erik Paulson's system called (CSW) Combat Submission Wrestling. This is an adult only program, the youngest age we can take is 11 years old. It is for men and woman seeking to improve your self-esteem, self-confidence and get into great shape. No skills are required to join, we have a great program for beginners and we will turn you into a martial artist. Your skills will become strong in your stand up or on the ground in no time. Weapons training is also offered.
