I've looked all over this area for martial arts schools since moving to this area and this one is the best I've found (Wayne/Johnston/Sampson County areas). It's not very pretty to look at, but the training is extremely practical. I've done martial arts for a while, mostly Chinese martial arts, and although I wasn't really into wing chun before, I find I really like it at this place.

Have taken introductory classes before but none are like this, its easy to understand and the Sifu is great. I would recommend this for anyone considering martial arts.

I joined this school about 2 months ago, and I am very pleased. The training facility may look sparse, but I quickly learned not much is needed, as the teaching is top notch. Sifu Avery is an excelent instructor who cares for his students. I have about 4 years of prior martial arts instruction, and I can honestly say that this is a great place to train.
This instructor has a criminal background. Don't believe this, do your own investigation. I wouldn't want my children going there.
