We train Beginners all the way to experts. Under the training of Black Belt professor, Bruno Antunes, you will learn the basics and also be challenged by his Gold medal level knowledge. In the mornings, we also have mommy and me classes where women and their children will learn self defense from black belt Jennifer Brown. Bruno Antunes also teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to all ages from 3 on up and instructs competition level classes to his multiple gold medalist youths. http://www.honorrollbjj.com/
