Programs & Class Schedule
We are hold class on Tuesday nights 7:30 - 8:30 is introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, in this class we cover the fundamentals if BJJ such as the basic positions, submissions, sweeps, and self-defense.
The advance class/open mat is held on Tuesday nights 8:30 - 9:30. In this class we build off the fundamentals you learn from the intro class to help prepare you for competitions. Lots of live drilling/conditioning, position theory, take downs and throws. Advance submission and transitional position chaining. This class shows you how to defend yourself against other skilled BJJ practitioner.
