Hockman's ATA West
We are one of three locations for Hockman's ATA here in Columbia, MO. At this location, we teach Songahm taekwondo, but we also love to give our students experience with other martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, krav maga, and joint locks/manipulation. We strive to train our students both mentally and physically.
We have 3 instructors: Chief instructor, Josh Lipscomb (certified taekwondo instructor, certified krav maga instructor, 3rd degree black belt); Assistant Instructor, Clayton Walker (certified taekwondo instructor, 3rd degree black belt); and Assistant Instructor, Dusti Szy (level 1 certified taekwondo instructor, 1st degree black belt).
In addition to our taekwondo programs, we offer cardio kickboxing classes for all levels of experience.

Programs & Class Schedule
We offer a basic Tiny Tiger program for ages 3-6. We offer classes for this age on Monday and Wednesday at 5pm and Saturday at 9:45am.
We offer a basic program for students 7-adult. These classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45pm and Saturday at 10:15am.
We offer Black Belt Club classes for ages 7-adult. We have many different classes offered throughout the week for this program.
We also have upgraded leadership programs available.
Our kickboxing classes are for ages 14-adult. These are offered Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45-8:30 and Saturday 8:45-9:30.
