Good american kickboxing training

First month was free for me during this time i learned the roundhouse kick, side kick, the turning back kick, spinning back fist as well as various boxing combos. The classes I attended seemed more bag oriented first 15 minutes or so are cardio. class is divided into rounds switching between different bags and combos with others holding pads sometimes, I was told by kevin that he could train me in brazilian jiu jitsu and various other mma drills but i would need to bring a friend to drill with, drilling in class seemed limited to when pads were used. single classes were 15$ last time I was there. children seemed welcomed there
