Hikari Aikido Dojo
We teach Karl Geis Kihara Aikido, this is in the tradition of Tomiki Aikido. We teach this style of Aikido from a Principle based kata orientation which is directed to the person's subconscious mind so that as the training sessions increase the person has significant increases in relaxation of total body/mind so they may move in spontaneous movement to the energy that is coming at them and neutralize the force of the attack and return all of their energy to them with maximum power while staying centered, grounded and integrated in our relationship to the attack.

Programs & Class Schedule
We teach Karl Geis Kihara Aikido, classes are on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm. The minimum age is 16. At this time we do not require a contract. We also teach Shindo Muso Ryu Jyodo, this is integrated into the Aikido practice sessions as a lot of the kata is in the higher rank requirements for Aikido promotions.
