Its not so much a formal school in the sense that it isn't hard-core fight fight fight. People laugh, fairly informal to keep a family-type environment, but strict enough to keep judo and jiu jitsu culture. There's an instructor for every type of learner. Mike (the owner and black belt) has an answer for everything and Scott explains why stuff works and doesn't just say "do this". Hate rolling with them both :)
Hidden Valley MMA is a great school to learn Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. I've learned so much training there. They make you feel like family.
