Hesselbirg's Taekwondo is a family run and operated Martial Arts School. We have been serving the Patchogue, Bellport and Medford communities for over 10 years. Our instructors are certified through the American Taekwondo Association. In addition, they are CPR certified with background checks being performed every 3 years.
The instructors at Hesselbirg's Taekwondo do not just teach Self Defense or kicking and punching, they teach Life Skills, which will benefit everyone, no matter their age.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Hesselbirg's Taekwondo & Karate for Kids:
ATA Tigers - Ages 3-6 5pm Wednesday & Thursday
10am Saturday
Karate for Kids - ages 6-12 6pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Adults 13 & up 7:45 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
iKickboxing Adults 8pm Tuesday
