We offer a safe and family oriented environment to train your martial art! We are the only Gracie Jiu-jitsu school in the Birmingham area at this time. We also teach Defence Lab! We are the only school in the state teaching this awesome realistic self defense program. We teach adults and children's classes. Programs & Class Schedule

We teach classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. We offer classes for children 4-14 years of age and adult men and women's class for 15- to never too old age groups.
