I've been through a number of places over the years. Herb's philosophy is about surviving anything, Most schools are about ego and lower students are merely targets for advanced people to show off on. Herb's focus on kids and women shows he understands where the real dangers are in our society, and hes addressing them directly. And hey do a LOT of stuff outside of the school, its more like a community.
Safety is so important! Betsy and Herb, teach self-defense in a way that makes you feel comfortable, confident and empowered! They truly care about you.
