As a father of 5, this school has been a true God send. My middle daughter and I started this journey over 4 years ago as we were looking for an activity that was "her thing". She was 8 at the time. Since then we have continued to progress through the belt ranks together, making this "our thing". During that time, my wife and two other younger children have started, and they all love it. I have had the great pleasure of seeing my kids and wife mature in the martial arts discipline as their confidence levels grow.

If you are looking for a school to learn at your own pace, this is the place for you. With such a selection of instruction to choose from, you can't go wrong with any choice. The instructors teach with Christian love but make no mistake you will 1) Get in shape. 2) Learn how to defend yourself and gain confidence. And the price is right. Find out more about that by stopping by and talking with one of the four instructors.
The instructors are professional, thorough, and very willing to help if you're having problems with learning the techniques. And you have fun while you are learning!
