I studied under sifu Tony Hemenes for one year I received my yellow belt this was back in 1992 I was 24 yrs old but I was confused in what art to take back then I met a martial arts teacher Feb 4 yrs later in 1996 when I was 28 yrs old it was basic self defense training he taught me for 5 yrs later I also trained with Jerrell smith 8th degree black belt in shorin ryu karate for karate self defense I trained with jerrell Smith on & off for 3-5 yrs I know train in aikido started Dec 2018 I'm a yellow belt I go Wed & Thurs for 2 hrs each day 4 pm-5 pm then 2nd class 5:30 pm-6:30 pm I love aikido I recommend Tony Hemenes kajukembo get really for a tough great workout when I went Tues techniques Wed sparring Thurs sparring sincerely yours M B
