Hayes MMA is Number 1 in Madisonville Ky Troy Hayes is an Awesome Teacher. That’s why the other schools in in Always Follows his Lead ! Great for the whole Family ! And Hayes won’t break your bank. The others School are Black Belts Of Hayes Now that should tell you a lot ! Check Them out. !!

I would very, very well reccomend Hayes Mixed Martial Arts; it has a very, very generous sensea, Troy Hayes, and his wife, Buffi Hayes. At Hayes mma you will not only learn mma, but you will learn lots of types of self-defence. Some people wonder what they would do if someone tried to hurt/ attack them; at hayes you will learn self defence, such as bear hug self- defence, waist grab self- defence, wrist grab self- defence, full nelson self- defence, head lock self defence, and much, much more. I believe that you will love Hayes mma, and please join anytime!!! Classes: Preschool class, 6-12 year old class, Adult class, and I-kick (fitness class)
