Formerly Harp Karate that was located at Rockwood Place in the CIty of Rochester. .. moved to a beautiful new location with lots of outdoor green space and close to the village of Pittsford! Bright and airy open space!

A traditional martial arts school with a supportive, welcoming and safe learning environment, based on the use of effective techniques, without harm to our training partners and promoted on individual progress.
