As a student, HKI has helped me lose weight, relieve stress, and get stronger. Most important of all is the training has improved my overall health. I first joined to learn to defend myself. Not only did I learn to fight but I also learned to take care of myself health wise. I picked up some good habits and dropped some bad ones. I feel great and my confidence is high. If you're looking for a place to help you achieve some of the things I mentioned then HKI is definitely worth a try.
