Hands of Life Martial Arts has done wonders for my shy little one. He started in the You & Me program about a year ago and now he is standing on his own in Little Ninjas . He has gained confidence, discipline and has a really good time. We are very proud of Kevin, and grateful to Sensei Arthur and staff for all their continued support
