Were Here to meet your finess goals: Hypertrophy, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, or Weight Loss. Our Martial Arts classes consist of M.M.A., as well as Traditional Martial Arts , such as Tai Chi Chuan , Hsing I chuan, Bagua Zhang, Jujitsu, Boxing and Choy. We also have women's self defence and fitness classes, taught by our female instructors. Personal Training and Private Lessons also available.
