What is the JITS-KIDS program?
The JITS-KIDS program provides the same principles of leverage, body mechanics, and movement patterns inherent of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in an easy to understand format for children. Your child will learn to effectively apply Jiu-Jitsu principles and techniques to properly defend themselves against being Bullied. We offer JITSKIDS for ages 5-7 (JITS KIDS Smalls) & 8-12 (JITS KIDS Juniors) years old.
Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program for adults:
The BJJ practitioner has a significant advantage over an opponent, having studied the principles and techniques of Jiu-Jitsu, being more knowledgeable and therefore more prepared to react in a realistic altercation regardless of size, strength, or physical superiority of an opponent/aggressor. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu allows the practitioner to control, dominate and win a fight with minimum violence, even while grounded underneath an opponent. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu allows practitioners to train as intensely as they like, as regularly as they like, with little to no risk of injury. Thus, making BJJ the perfect grappling discipline for competitive and recreational practitioners alike, as well as those interested in learning SELF DEFENSE, or those who simply want to train for fun.
