Techniques and principles learned can be applied to self defense immediately. The head instructor has over 50 years experience, they have reasonable pricing and no annual contracts! The instructors here want you to return because what they teach works, not because you're locked in to a contract.
They offer three adult and three children's classes weekly in a traditional and very effective martial art in a family oriented atmosphere.
I've been training here for a while now and thoroughly enjoy it.
