HA's Tae Kwon Do
Thank you for inquiring about HA's TaeKwon Do.
We offer a variety of programs taught by Certified Instructors who have won National Championships. We have a formal curriculum for each level (ITF-International Taekwondo Federation). We provide quality martial arts instruction for ages 3 yrs. & up. We are affiliated with *UFMA, UTA & USTL.
HA’s TaeKwon Do Academy provides instructions on the Fort Polk installation as a contractor for MWR/CYS/SKIES. To find out more information please contact Child and Youth services at 337-531-1955 and ask for the TAEKWON DO martial arts program.
Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at HA's Tae Kwon Do:
Programs & Class Schedule
Kid Tigers Program– [Kid Tiger TKD uniform]. TaeKwon Do basic program, personal defense, and Special activities Ages 3-5 years old (Pre-K), 30 minute classes (Friday’s 5:15 – 5:45).
Basic Program – [White v-neck TKD uniform]. TaeKwon Do Basic program, sparring, self-defense, and board breaking. Ages 5 & up, all belt levels,1 hour classes (Friday’s 6:00 – 7:00)
Intermediate/Advanced – [White V-neck TKD uniform]. Students must have completed the Basic Program and promoted to yellow belt or higher. Program includes, sparring, self-defense, board breaking, and weapons. Ages 6 & up, color belts,1 hour classes (Friday’s 7:00-8:00).
Family Program - [V-neck uniforms; red-women, white-children blue-men]. Families may elect to purchase the demo uniform. Ages 3 & up, all belt levels hour classes (Friday’s, 8:00-9:00).
