Outstanding gym and staff. Instructor is authentic Brazilian, a black belt with Gracie lineage. They offer BJJ, boxing, MMA, weight training, and physical therapy. Lots of families are bringing their kids to develop their self-defense skills and self-confidence. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
