Instructor Jay Patterson is by profession an adaptive phys. ed. educator. He has lived in Japan for several years and while there trained with several senior instructors. He also has trained with several top-notch instructors in the USA too. His programs are popular and well run. In the summer, he has special day time classes for kids. Be it Judo, Gracie Barra Ju Jitsu, Okinawan Karate, Russian Systema or MMA; Mr. Patterson is a well rounded instructor par none:
