Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art integrated with dance, music, and acrobatics.
Grupo Capoeira Integrado was founded by Gato in 2007. Since then, we have been promoting capoeira by teaching in community or school groups in the United States and China.
Gato began training capoeira in 1998. He has founded or co-founded the Viewmont High School Capoeira Club, Weber State University Capoeira Club, Bountiful Capoeira Club, and Capoeira Ventania Hangzhou.
