I've been training at Ultimate Martial Arts in Merrick for a year now. Since I started training at UMA, I no longer have high blood pressure, I've lost 26lbs, my cardio conditioning is threw the roof.
I love training here. The staff is supportive, knowledgeable, push me.
All the students that train here with me are equally great. Best decision I had made in a long time to come and train here.
