Best MMA gym around! They have great instructors that are very knowledgeable in their specialties ie: boxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling, muay thai. I was being bullied by some kids at school and they taught me how to defend myself. Now I never get bullied.

This is the most passionate instructor that I have been taught by. Teaches each student personally. No one get left to be taught by under belts.
My son was being bullied at school to the point where he didn't even want to go to school anymore. He was getting very depressed and his self esteem was really low. The school didn't do much about the bullying problem there and the problems continued. A friend of mine told me about the Bully Prevention Program at Grady's MMA so I decided to take my Son in for the Free Class and boy am I glad I did. He has really changed in the past few months. He is able to defend himself! He goes to school with no problems and best of all his self esteem is up and he's growing into a fine young man. Thanks Grady's MMA for helping my Son.
