Programs & Class Schedule
We have a "real" Mixed Martial Arts Studio/Gym/Dojo/Academy, we are the only one in the area with a 26ft Octagon MMA Cage! We have 2 inch Dolamur Mats (the Best on the market) for learning "real" MMA. We teach ages 7 and up, we have Women's Self Defense, Kickboxing, Cross Fitness Training, Boxing/Muay Thai and more! We teach real life Martial Arts for Today's World. Grady likes to call it Street-Jitsu. We do not have any Attitudes or Ego's accepted or wanted here. We Just love to teach, learn and have fun! We are all about team work and we work togther to help each other learn and grow both mentally,emotionally and physically. Go to our website gradysmma.com and check out our daily schedule, we are new to the area, and more classes can be added and times adjusted to fit the needs of our students. The Dojo/gym/academy/Studio are open from 12-9pm Monday-Thursday and 12-6pm on Friday. Sunday is open mat time from 1pm to 4pm for sparring and grappling. Our student's can come in to the Dojo at any time we are open to use gym, we have 15 heavy bags, 5 speed bags, 2 Double End Bags, Throwing Dummies, Wave Masters, Weight Machines,numerous size Medicine Balls, Exercise Balls and more. We have a large supply of safety equipment, such as Boxing, bag and MMA gloves, feet and shin pads, head gear, chest protectors, and more. We practice in a real 26 ft MMA Octagon Cage which is the same size as the UFC Cage! So come in and check out our Studio, we are located next to Whitney Self Storage on Whitney Rd and US Hwy 19 N. We have 8 different Instructors who are very good @ what they Teach. All of our classes are 2 hrs long - So come on in for a Free Class.
